The magician enters the stage and displays his hands empty. He brings his hands together and a large flash is seen. When the audiences eyes re-focus the magician is seen holding a flame. He gestures at the flame and it jumps out of his hand and starts flying in front of the him. The magician tries to catch the flame, but the flame is too quick and seems to always seems to elude him as it dances and flies in front of the performer. 

After several minutes of the flame flying around the performer, the flame seems to calm down and starts to move slowly. 

The magician then blows out the flame as it turns into a spiraling Mylar coil that falls slowly to the stage floor. 

This updated effect is a combination of two earlier effects by one of the masters of fire magic.

DFX-MC FLASH POT
This is our newest item. This special flash pot creates dual colors. First it give you the standard flash and cloud of smoke, but then a second colored cloud of smoke slowly rises from the base of this unit. It has a 2.5” bowl and requires one 9 volt battery. The magician displays three 12 ” silks. All are different colors. He then proceeds to push the three silks into his closed fist. With a wave of the hand a flash appears from the top of his fist. He then starts to pull a silk from the bottom of his fist and now all three silks have blended into a 18” rainbow silk. The three silks have magically fused into one rainbow colored silk.  

The gimmick can also be used to change a 18” silk into another color with a flash.  

This is a very beautiful and startling effect.    Flash paper or flash cotton is required.

Need an extremely bright flash, try our new Sonic Silver Powder. It can be used in our VMI Hand flasher or in a flash pot or other containing device.  This one part bright flash powder will light up any darkened room. Extremely bright and noticeable !   To create a very bright flash, just take a small piece of flash cotton and rub it on a small (enough to cover your little fingernail) and put the cotton in our VMI hand flasher and strike. 

 Use with flash cotton, flash paper or flash string.
