To place an order by phone, contact us at 727-372-2701 or  fax us at 727-844-0656.  If we are on the phone or out of the office, the mailbox service will automatically turn on, so please leave a message in one of the mailboxes. This will let us know someone was trying to call while we were on the phone or it will automatically beep us on our pager if we are out of the office at the time. You can leave a message in a specific mailbox and we will return your call as soon as possible or you can send a fax anytime during the recording. If we are out of the office at the time, we can assure you that someone will be calling you back soon.

When placing an order :

Please be selective when placing your order. Due to the nature of the magic industry, when you purchase a magic effect or prop, you are also purchasing the secret of the effect. Therefore, Visual Magic can not refund any money on your purchases unless the merchandise is damaged.


Return Merchandise :

In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that is defective, please call Visual Magic at once to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) for replacement of the merchandise. You will need to include the original invoice with your merchandise. Please note, photocopies are also accepted.

Visual Magic will issue you a RA# , which needs to be listed on the address label of the merchandise being returned.

Upon receiving the merchandise we will examine it and determine if the merchandise is defective by fault of the manufacturer. If indeed it is defective, we will immediately replace the merchandise and ship new merchandise to you.

We can not accept merchandise that has been deliberately damaged or broken due to mis-handling or neglect.


Special Note :

Some of our merchandise uses Lithium batteries. In the event that a battery becomes weak or loses power, you may return the merchandise to have a new battery installed. Visual Magic charges a service charge for installing new batteries. Please call first for service costs before shipping merchandise.


Prices subject to change without notice:

Visual Magic does itís best to contain costs. Unfortunately, at times we have to raise the price on an item due to rising cost in the material and labor, rather than discontinuing the item. Therefore some prices may eventually change without prior notice.

If you are unsure of current prices, please call for a current price list or for individual prices before ordering. This may help prevent delays in shipping your merchandise.

Price lists are updated in March of every year along with the catalog
